Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access to your current tier until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my stories if I downgrade?
Your stories are always yours. If you downgrade, you'll lose access to premium features but can still view and export all your content.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes! Unused credits from your monthly subscription roll over and accumulate. When your subscription renews, your new monthly credits are added to your existing balance, so you never lose credits you've already earned.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts on the Apprentice tier receive 100 free credits to explore the platform. You can upgrade when you're ready.
